Concord

Concord is a charming community just north of Pleasant Hill. Concord is ideally located just north of Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill, making it a desirable location for commuters traveling to and from San Francisco. Concord is located along the Bart line, and a ride into the big city is incredibly convenient.
