A San Ramon Valley native and Monte Vista High School Alumni, Kelly’s roots run deep with an in-depth knowledge and personal connection to the area. Kelly entered the real estate industry in 2003. The first half of her career was spent honing her craft in residential mortgages. Her experience in the mortgage industry provides her clients with a powerful advantage for successful sales and purchases.
As a former Division 1 basketball player she has cultivated a passion to excel. That strong work ethic, high level of accountability and excellent communication make her an invaluable asset in business with results that constantly exceed expectations. In her downtime Kelly loves whipping up craft cocktails (that she often shares in her newsletter), playing doubles tennis with her wife and trying out new recipes. You’ll often find her walking the Iron Horse Trail with her dog or out exploring a new hiking trail.

Don & Trudi Copland, REALTOR
Bay area natives, Don and Trudi have lived and worked in the San Ramon Valley for 35+ years. They’ve helped hundreds of families with every stage of buying, from that first starter home or condo to the dream house along with investment properties and even fixer-uppers!
A former Oakland firefighter, Don, has built several custom homes and puts his experience to work when it comes to inspections, repairs and reports. He is also President of the San Marco HOA and formerly served on the Alamo Improvement Association. Trudi took real estate by storm in her first year (don’t ask what year!) garnering a “Rookie of the Year” award. Her background in retail fashion combined with her sense of style make for a winning combination when it comes to getting homes ready to sell. An avid gardener she also puts her skills to work with landscape design.
Don and Trudi live in Alamo and when they aren’t out socializing or hosting a dinner party you’re apt to find them walking around the Lafayette Reservoir or perusing the local farmers market.

Michelle is the newest member of the Copland Group team. Prior to joining us in real estate, she was a Marketing Director at various brands in the Bay Area. She is excited to bring her digital marketing expertise, strategic mindset, and love for relationship building to this role. As a Northern California native, she is thrilled to call East Bay her home! As a collegiate tennis player, she is fiercely competitive and loves teamwork.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, being outdoors, baking, and gardening. You can often find her out in the Walnut Creek Open Space on the weekends enjoying the trails with her dog!
